FETISH STUDIO

The studio is the well equipped hub of the BunkHaus, with 54 sq.metres of space to utilise, along with a full length mirror, custom lighting and clean aesthetics.

BONDAGE BED

Our steel framed Queen size bondage bed is great for relaxing or restraint. With black microfibre cotton sheets as standard. Waterproof PVC or Sheets of SanFrancisco bedding available for a small surcharge and deposit.

ISOLATION/ SLING CELL

Offering invaluable alone time out for some, with a viewing window accessible from the main room.
This tiled area also houses our sling frame.

WET ROOM

Leading on from the Isolation Cell, the wet room provides
2x showers, sink and toilet facility.

LOUNGe

Offering an area to decompress, regroup, relax and work, with comfortable seating and nearby Kitchenette.

KITCHEN

Providing a quick and easy refreshment area complete with table and glassware, Nespresso machine and kettle for complimentary tea & coffee, Fridge and Microwave-combi to store and cook your own food.

WASHroom

The rear annex is equipped with the laundry facilities and private washroom area. Fresh towels can be found here.

BunkHaus requires all guest to show respect to other users by leaving the premises as it was found by the end of their allocated booking time.
We regret that the return of your security deposit may be forfeit or additional fees incurred if these conditions are not met.

*Please Note, bookings up to 3H must vacate by 23:00.

3H Rate : £200 +additional hours charged at £50/hr
4H Rate : £250 +additional hours charged at £40/hr
8H Rate : £400 +additional hours charges at £30/hr
(Anytime) 12H Rate : £500 +additional hours charged at £30/hr

-OVERNIGHT OFFER-
14H Overnight : £400 +additional hours charged at £30/hr

-EXTENDED STAY CONCESSIONS-
24H & More : £600 +additional time charged at £500/day or £25/hr

All Rates are Based on a 4 Unique Guest Capacity.
Additional Guests Charged at £40/guest by pre-arrangement.
A Security Deposit is Paid at the Time of Booking.

Location and guest information will be provided with your invoice.
Your invoice will be due for payment four days prior to your booking date.
The full booking balance is separate from and not inclusive of your security deposit.
Failure to pay prior to 24 hours ahead of your booking would be deemed as a late cancellation.
Once paid, you will receive a full confirmation and door entry codes within 24 hours.

• Up to 1 week before booking: cancel/reschedule freely.
• Less than 1 week, to 3 days before booking: the Security Deposit will be forfeit for cancellation.
It is possible to reschedule a maximum of 2 times from the original date, for a rescheduling £30 fee.
A subsequent cancellation of a rescheduled booking would forfeiting the Security Deposit.
• Less than 3 days before booking: It is not possible to reschedule and the Security Deposit will be forfeit.
• Up to 1 week before booking: The Security Deposit will be refunded.
