Location
BunkHaus London is located in Marylebone in central London. The nearest tube stations are Edgware Road (7 minutes walk) or Marylebone Station (15 minutes walk).
The disability entrance is located to the rear of the building, fitted with a ramp over the threshold strip for access. The facility operates on a single level, with the rear annex WC being a narrow access point via a concertina door. The wet room & shower area is tiled, with a raised floor area being accessed over a single threshold step.
Parking
There is limited paid street parking nearby and a secure paid car park is a 4-minute walk away.

BOOKING
Booking availability is shown on our live booking calendar via the self-serve BOOK NOW page
Availability will show availability between 24-hours and 3-months ahead of the current date).
Select the booking duration required, this will then show you the diary with any available dates and times available. Times that are unavailable will not be visible on the calendar.
ARRIVAL
A unique door code is issued to let yourself in on arrival, this enables entry 15mins before your start time.
This is sent upon receipt of your booking payment, up to a day before your booking date.
Please let us know if you would like to arrange a viewing of the facility on arrival, or if you have any specification to discuss.
ENDING YOUR VISIT
We allow a 15mins grace period to tidy up and vacate at the end of your booking, at which point your door code deactivates and prevents access.
Guests are asked to treat the facilities and kit with respect; using the correct bins and cleaning aids on site, to "leave as found" returning the facility in a condition similar to which it was found. Please ensure the following measures:
Spray and wipe down furniture, returning to where it was found - if you move it, put it back.
Dispose of your rubbish in the correct bins.
Wipe off any used restraints, hoods, impact equipment or rope, leaving them on the studio gurney for disinfecting.
Rinse off any used insertable or medical toys, leaving them in the bucket underneath the wet room sink for sanitising.
Put used towels in the black laundry basket, located in our laundry room next to the washer & drier.
Turn off any music, fan/heaters or electronic devices used during the duration of your visit.
Push the white ‘OFF’ switch by the entrance/exit, to turn off all lights and air con - do not use any manual light switches.
Check that the front door is firmly closed & locked behind you, upon arrival and exit of the premises.
We appreciate a quick courtesy message when vacating, to advise that the space is clear to enter, or if any issues arise - do not hesitate to ask if you are ever unsure.
